CVS Studios designs and fabricates trade show exhibits from our production facility in Oakville, minutes from downtown Toronto. We are a full-service exhibit house, meaning we handle creative design, structural engineering, fabrication, graphic production, technology integration, project management, logistics, and on-site installation. Full-Service Exhibit Capabilities
Design and Engineering. Our exhibit design process starts with 3D renderings that show your booth in full dimension, with realistic materials, lighting, and graphics. Every design is engineered for production before it leaves the design phase, so what you approve is what gets built.
Fabrication. Our facility produces structural components in wood, metal, aluminum, and composite materials. We build exhibit walls, counters, stages, display fixtures, meeting rooms, storage units, and architectural features. All fabrication is done in-house, giving us direct control over quality and timelines.
Graphics and Signage. Large-format seamless fabric prints, vinyl graphics, dimensional lettering, backlit panels, and graphic walls up to 50 feet are all produced in our facility. We handle the full graphics workflow from file preparation through finishing and installation.
Technology. LED video walls, interactive displays, touchscreen kiosks, custom lighting, projection mapping, and AV systems. Our technology team designs these elements as integrated components of the exhibit, not standalone add-ons.
Logistics and Show Services. Crating, shipping, drayage coordination, on-site installation, show-floor supervision, and dismantling. Our project managers handle the operational details so your team can focus on the event itself.
Types of Exhibits We Build
Custom Exhibits are designed and built to your exact specifications. Every element, from the structural framework to the smallest finishing detail, is purpose-built for your brand, your products, and your booth space. Custom exhibits are ideal for companies that exhibit regularly and want a signature presence that is immediately recognizable.
Rental Exhibits give you a custom-designed exhibit at a lower upfront investment. We design your rental exhibit to your brand standards, fabricate it, install it, and store it between shows. Rental programs work well for companies testing a new show, managing budget constraints, or wanting design flexibility between events.
Modular Exhibits use reconfigurable components that adapt to different booth sizes. A modular system might configure as a 10x10 at one show and expand to a 20x20 at another, using the same core elements with additional components. Our Worx exhibit system is a good example: a modular build that reconfigures from a 10x10 inline footprint up to a 20x20 presence, with integrated product displays, demo stations, and custom VR experiences.
