Exhibit fabrication is where design becomes something you can walk through, touch, and experience. It is the step that separates a rendering on a screen from a physical environment that stops people on the show floor.
CVS Studios operates a fully equipped exhibit fabrication facility where we handle every phase of the build internally. Structural carpentry, metalwork, composite construction, large-format graphics, painting, finishing, electrical, and technology installation all happen under one roof with one team. There is no handoff between the people who design your exhibit and the people who build it.
Why In-House Fabrication Matters
When fabrication is outsourced, timelines stretch, quality control weakens, and the gap between what was designed and what gets delivered widens. Every additional vendor in the chain adds a communication layer where details get lost.
Our approach is the opposite. Designers walk the production floor. Fabricators flag engineering issues before they become problems. Project managers track every component from material procurement through final quality inspection. The result is an exhibit that matches the approved design, delivered on schedule, without the surprises that come from fragmented production.
Our Fabrication Capabilities
Structural Fabrication covers wood, metal, aluminum extrusion, and composite construction for booth frameworks, walls, counters, stages, and architectural features. We build for both single-show use and multi-event durability.
Large-Format Graphics includes seamless fabric printing, vinyl production, rigid substrate mounting, and graphic walls up to 50 feet. Our graphics team handles everything from file preparation through finishing.
Technology Integration covers LED video walls, interactive displays, touchscreen kiosks, lighting systems, and AV engineering. We design the exhibit and the technology together, so wiring, mounting, and access points are built into the structure rather than added as afterthoughts.
3D Printing produces custom components, product replicas, architectural details, and prototype elements that would be cost-prohibitive or impossible to fabricate through traditional methods.
Paint and Finish includes automotive-grade finishes, custom color matching, textured surfaces, and specialty coatings for exhibits that demand showroom-level presentation.
Fabrication for Every Exhibit Type
We fabricate exhibits for trade shows, corporate events, product launches, and immersive brand activations. Our production capacity handles projects from compact 10x10 inline booths to large-scale island exhibits, double-deck structures, and experiential environments.
Every fabrication project includes detailed engineering drawings, material specifications, and a production timeline with milestone checkpoints. We do not start cutting material until the design is locked and engineering is confirmed.
Locations and Reach
Our primary production facility is in Oakville, Ontario, in the Greater Toronto Area. We also maintain operations in Las Vegas and Orlando, positioning us to support exhibit fabrication for shows across North America. Logistics coordination, crating, shipping, and on-site installation and dismantling are all managed by our team.
